Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of the AdvisorNet Referral Program are as follows:

  1. The referrer ( You ) must be a current AdvisorNet client with an active website.
  2. The referee ( Your colleague ) must be a financial advisor licensed through either an MFDA or IIROC dealership or be licensed for the sale of insurance products in one of the provinces of Canada.
  3. Referral credits have No Cash Value and can only be redeemed by existing AdvisorNet clients as payment against outstanding invoices.
  4. Referral credits are not transferrable.
  5. If an AdvisorNet client submits the Contact Information of a referee who has already been submitted by another AdvisorNet client, and the referee opens an AdvisorNet account, the referral credit will be credited to the account of the original referrer.
  6. AdvisorNet reserves the right to alter the terms of the AdvisorNet Referral Program at any time and/or cancel the program altogether.
  7. 25% OFF certificates for new clients cannot be combined with any other promotions
